Scrabble Club

'Scrabble Club' is held every Monday afternoon from 2pm - 4.30pm in the lounge. This is a good way to stimulate the brain in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere! Everyone plays to win of course, but it is not a highly competitive club - the emphasis is on enjoyment, and members can check words before they put them on the board. Four games are played during the afternoon, refreshments being enjoyed halfway through, and there is movement around the tables according to people's score.

Anyone interested is welcome to come along and play for an afternoon before deciding whether to join the Club.
